Findings Statement

For all those interested, please be advised that the Board of Trustees for the Village of Coxsackie accepted the completed Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for UMH Properties of Coxsackie, LLC's proposed Mountain View Estates project on October 13, 2009. The Board of Trustees is acting as Lead Agency overseeing the environmental review of this project in accordance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).
